Motoro stingray gave birth

Just over 90 days after she got pregnant by my male motoro, my female motoro gave birth last night to two pups. One female and one male both about 3 1/2" in diameter. They are just a few hours old in these pictures.

The adults are in a 360 gallon 6ftx4ftx2ft tank and the babies were moved about a week after birth to the discus tank which is a 180 gallon 6ftx2ftx2ft. Thanks everyone.

You're not pestering at all! It was built by Tenecor in Arizona and shipped to me. They do amazing work for a pretty decent price I highly suggest them.

Wow, quite the accomplishment. Did they breed on their own or did you have to encourage them with special water parameters?
I've been wanting a custom tank built for a stand I have. I was looking at GlassCages.com but perhaps I'll look into Tenecor.

They breed on their own. It takes about 1 1/2 years from them to become sexually mature. All they require is a great diet and good water conditions and they will do their own thing. A water change with a bit colder water then normal will sometimes set the mood though.
